⭐☆☆☆☆ DO NOT RECOMMEND The worst hotel experience ever! At 1:00 AM we had to move through 3 different rooms because none of them had working air conditioning. In reality, the AC was controlled by the hotel through an app on their phone, and they turned it off at night and in the morning whenever they wanted. When we called the reception, the shocking answer was: “just sleep like that until 10 AM when the manager comes.” On top of that, the minibar fridge in the room was plugged in but completely empty — a useless decoration. This is unacceptable — paying guests should never be treated this way. Zero respect, zero service, zero professionalism. ⚠️ I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel!

I booked two nights at the hotel, Thursday night till Saturday night, paid extra for late checkout. The poor service started at check in when the room was not ready at 3 pm when check inbegan. A girl ahead of me came back downstairs to say the room she received was still dirty from the previous guest. Due to no fault of the hotel, there was a security situation in the country and many guests decided to leave. The hotel decided it wasn’t worth it for them to stay open and so told us they may move us to a 5 star hotel instead. We said ok, just give us a two hour notice so we can come back to the hotel and pack up, they said sure. An hour later I get a call saying there is a shuttle leaving and to come back now. We immediately started heading back to the hotel. 8 minutes later another call saying the shuttle is leaving to the other hotel in 3 minutes, if we don’t get there we will have to take our bags and walk we ended up rushing back and made the shuttle, from there it got worse. The hotel we got moved to was 5 stars perhaps in the 1980s and has not been updated. The room was seriously old, if the AC was on for too long the room smelled like mold, and to top it off; the hotel catered to an ultra orthodox audience and we were harassed by the guests for using an elevator on the sabbath. We would have preferred to stay home. The positive things I have to say are about the hotel itself. The rooms are small but nice and very thoughtfully designed, they have great showers and amazing soaps, also a good and hearty breakfast.
